    Protecting your privacy is of central importance to us at Ndiversity. As we provide services for neurodivergent individuals, we process particularly sensitive information (health data). This policy explains how we protect your data and what your rights are.

  3. Types of Data and Purpose of Processing

    Registration Data: Email address and (pseudo)name for account management.

    Health Data (Screenings & Insights): Your responses regarding cognitive patterns and symptoms are processed to create your personal profile (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD).

    Interaction Data (N-Compass): Chat content with our AI mentor is processed to provide psychological support (Coach/Therapist functions).

    Community Data (N-Nest): Posts in group forums are stored to facilitate exchange with other users.

  4. Legal Basis and Consent

    The processing of your health data is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR. Without this consent, we cannot provide our specialized services. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect in your account settings.

  5. Data Security and AI Processing

    We use state-of-the-art encryption (SSL/TLS). When using N-Compass, your data is transferred to our AI interfaces in a pseudonymized form. This means that external AI providers do not receive any information that could directly identify you. Your data is not used to train public AI models.

  6. Your Rights

    You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully.
