How we protect your data

Ndiversity is a self-reflection tool developed with a certified psychotherapist. It is not a medical diagnosis. Here is exactly what data we handle and why. Questions: nidana.ndiversity@gmail.com

The following data is collected and connected to your account:

Contact info

  • Email address, first and last name
  • Used for: creating your account, signing in (we email you a sign-in code), and account emails. Never for advertising.

Profile

  • Age range and gender, both self-reported, and the name you want the chat to call you by
  • Used for: confirming you are 18 or older, and how the assistant addresses you. Your name, age range and gender are also part of what the assistant sees about you.

Health-related info

  • Your self-assessment answers and your neurodiversity profile
  • Used for: generating your personal results. This is sensitive data. We only process it with your explicit consent, and it is stored in the EU.

Messages

  • Your AI chat conversations, plus the session summaries and the personal portrait we write from them
  • Used for: running the chat and giving it memory across sessions. The portrait is a written profile of you, produced by AI from your chats — what helps you, what to avoid, what is still open. It is not shown to you in the app; ask us if you want to see yours.

Voice dictation

  • If you dictate instead of typing, the recording is sent to a speech-to-text model and the transcript lands in the message box, where you can edit or delete it before sending
  • Used for: turning speech into text. We never store the audio — it exists in your browser and in the single request that transcribes it. We do store how long you recorded, to track what it costs us.

Session details

  • The approximate location your internet connection suggests (city and country), your time zone, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop
  • Used for: letting the assistant know roughly where and when you are. Rounded coordinates also go to a weather service, so it can mention the weather where you are. Saved with the chat.

Visit info

  • The device category you use and, if you arrive via a campaign link, its campaign parameters
  • Used for: understanding how people find and start our self-assessments. Collected under a random session id before you have an account, and connected to your account once you sign up.

N Nest waitlist

  • That you asked to join the N Nest or the N Circle waitlist
  • Used for: getting back to you when group sessions open, and counting how many people are waiting.

Who at Ndiversity can see this

  • Our founders can open your chats, summaries and portrait in an internal review tool
  • If the AI spots a possible risk to your safety in a chat, it writes a short note our founders see, with your name and email
  • Used for: checking the quality of the assistant, and being able to react when someone may be in danger. Nobody else has access.

Some technical data is collected without being connected to your personal profile:

Diagnostics

  • Server logs, including IP addresses
  • Used for: security and troubleshooting.

Usage data

  • Aggregate technical metrics (performance, error rates)
  • Used for: keeping the service running reliably. Not tied to individual profiles.

  • No advertising or tracking cookies — only a login session cookie
  • No sharing your data with advertisers or ad networks
  • No tracking you across other apps or websites
  • No storing your voice recordings
  • No training AI models on your data
  • No users under 18

  • Your assessment data, profile, chats, summaries and portrait are stored in the European Union (Ireland)
  • Everything we send to an AI model goes through the Vercel AI Gateway, which passes it on to the model provider: today Anthropic and OpenAI models for chat, summaries and portraits, an OpenAI model for dictation, and Perplexity when the assistant searches the web
  • Our sign-in provider (Clerk) and our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) process limited data in the US under EU-approved safeguards
  • The weather service (Open-Meteo) receives rounded coordinates only — no account, no name, nothing else about you

  • Delete your account and everything we hold about you: write to nidana.ndiversity@gmail.com and we erase it. There is no delete button in the app yet.
  • Export a copy of your data: ask us and we send it to you
  • Withdraw consent or ask us anything: nidana.ndiversity@gmail.com — we reply within one month
  • You can also complain to your local data protection authority
